The first tip would be, to focus on small changes each step of the way. You have to remember that weight loss is not just a change in your diet but a lifestyle change as well. You can start this process on baby steps, like instead of signing up for a membership in the gym for the whole year, you can try for a couple of months and observe how you will go there. Or if you don’t want to be in the gym, you can start out with a short walk around the block for three or four times a week for thirty minutes. You should get started with the things that are easy for you to do. Next tip is for you to eat 100% organic, virgin and unrefined coconut oil. Many researches have found out that replacing your regular coconut oil is going to be helpful for those who are trying to lose weight.

Eating apples is a killer way to shed a few pounds. It stabilizes your blood sugar levels which is a great thing that will help you feel more evenly energized as opposed to get blood sugar spikes, etc

Eat as little fast food as possible. Of course you will have tmes where you want to eat some out, and when you do try to go to a salad place or somewhere they have “real food”, not grease. Hamburgers, pizza, soda’s and stuff just gotta go or you won’t lose a single pound.

The last tip that I can share to you is to stay positive every time. Don’t just say that you are going to try to lose weight but rather say you will lose weight and will feel great. Commit to stay and make these necessary lifestyle and dietary changes.
